−134−第4部生徒による成果物 Using a real solution we consider, think about a Japanese restaurant that advances to Southeast Asia. In Southeast Asia, there are countries that believe in Islam. Compared with Buddhism and Christianity, Islam has many prohibited foods more than those and it is dicult to sell food. In brief, it can be inferred that a Christian region or a Buddhist region will be suitable if it advances. So we can see that those company should advance to the country most of whose people is Muslim. This is how to use this.In this way, to know local economic situation and culture rst after advancing is prevented. Of course, we need to use 3C, SWOT analysis and actually touches local people to know detail, but we can know important things in advance. In expanding overseas, we have to consider economic and cultural risks. Economic risks include expenses incurred for the restoration when disasters happen. Cultural risks include dierences in religions and philosophy, and political changes. It is dicult to manage these two risks at the same time by using SWOT analysis, 3C analysis, and local expert system that we’ve introduced so far. Thus, we propose this solution, which can simultaneously analyze economic and cultural risks.
