According to the “Asia-Pacic City Summit”, the area of Shanghai is 6,340 square kilometers, and to collect food waste from each house, we found that we need about 600 trucks to collect the area of 5km per 1 truck. Simply, the result of calculating 1,432,080 yen×600 trucks was about 8 trillion 6 hundred billion yen. We thought this is also too dicult to continue. 　　We got 3 nal solutions. The rst one is the idea of spreading the information by video advertisement. By “LISKUL” of the company called “Sold Out”, we found that we could put as much information as we want by 50 thousand yen per month. Also, from the result of conducting a “Marketing research of the domestic video advertisement” in Japan, the cast was only 5 billion yen in 2012 but it became 73 billion 5 hundred million yen in 2016 and from that we could estimate that it will continue increasing. According to this number, it is clear that videos are popular. Likewise, we could know that the diusion of phones are increasing to 96.9% from “ITU World Telecommunication/ICT Indicators Database 2016”. We thought this means we could get a great eect by spreading information by video advertisement in China. The second one is to locate a big garbage bin for only food waste at each point. From the company selling garbage bin called “Shinkigosei”, we found that the biggest garbage bin was 96ℓ. This 96ℓgarbage bin is called “Handle pale 35 type” and it costs 4,500 yen (not including the tax) per 1 bin. According to the graph of “Using food waste and Detoxication test city’s amount of food waste in 2010 “ from the essay titled “Chinese current condition of using the cycle of food waste and the issues”, the amount of food waste in Shanghai is about 2,000ｔin a year and there is about 1 million 655 thousandℓ of food waste in a month. Therefore, we set up to collect food waste once in a week. The number of garbage bins we need in Shanghai, is about 400 and it costs 2 million yen to locate it. However, we can pursue this cheaper than the second solution. 　　The third one is charging for garbage bags. This antagonize the citizens, but the good thing about this is that the increase of collection by charging for garbage bags will eventually restore to the citizens. According to the document by “The University of Tokyo” ‘s “Price range by the number of cities”（Simple emissions of proportional type ・ The price of a big garbage bag ・ December, 2010, current）, the ratio of a 30〜40 yen garbage bag was 44% of all and especially the ratio of a garbage bag under 40 yen was 67%. From this, we could nd that the amount of municipal solid waste discharge is decreasing year by year from “The amount of municipal solid waste discharge per person （National average） and the transition of total charged urban area”. The result was out in Japan, so we thought we could get a great eect in China. 　　From the process of this research, we found that how throwing away food waste is wasteful of money, and the shamefulness of food. However, we thought that the solution we had come up was too dicult to conduct because it costs too much money and thought that the best solution is not to produce much food waste from the rst to decrease food waste. The remaining issue is to decrease the amount of surplus food waste in low cost by a bit of contrivance of the research that had already been solved.
